Select by Attributes and by Location

I am working on a project relative to Forests. We have three forest types. The area of interest is subdivided into small catchments. I would like to select only the catchments that include all three forest types. In other words, the catchments that only include 1 out of 3 or 2 out 3 forest types will be excluded from the analysis. Is there a way of doing that using the analysis tools?
