Find and Remove 's in specific field using Field Calculator

Hi all,

I'm trying to use the Field Calculator on a specific field that contains several <Null> values and remove them all. Is there a way that I can do this? I assume that this process is not too difficult but I have been having a lot of issues with this.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
