multiple processing

Hi ,

Please help me in this..

In arccatalog , i have executed geocoding tool with backgroung processing enabled. Now i need to run one more python script but getting this message:
"tool cannot run in the background. Wait until all running and pending tasks have completed"

I can't wait for this geocoding task to be completed as i have large address table to geocode,which will take long time to finish.

Please provide help if anybody knows the work around.
